Staying right down the street after another type of assignment, it looked like a great idea to check out the night life. Obviously, it is a fast moving crowd, so conveying that takes a combination of carefully holding the camera still, Vibration Control on the lens, a slow shutter speed, flash, and a rear slow synch shutter. Photography is and endless pursuit. Next time, we’ll add another remote flash or two to better define the side of the car in the foreground, plus a tripod. But, when you are traveling, you can’t always bring the whole studio! Or can you?
